Correlation Between Experiential Learning and Micro-Learning Approaches in Enhancing Learning Quality

Abstrak

Penelitian ini menyelidiki korelasi antara kualitas pembelajaran, microlearning, dan pembelajaran pengalaman dalam konteks pendidikan. Analisis mengungkapkan hubungan positif yang signifikan di antara variabel-variabel ini, yang menyoroti potensi integrasi metodologi inovatif dalam pendidikan. Pertama, ditemukan korelasi yang kuat antara kualitas pembelajaran dan microlearning (r = 0.590**, p < 0.01), yang menunjukkan bahwa microlearning yang efektif meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran secara keseluruhan. Kedua, korelasi antara kualitas pembelajaran dan pembelajaran pengalaman juga signifikan (r = 0.726**, p < 0.01), yang menekankan dampak positif dari pengalaman belajar langsung terhadap pemahaman dan penerapan pengetahuan oleh siswa. Ketiga, microlearning dan pembelajaran pengalaman menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan (r = 0.694**, p < 0.01), yang menunjukkan peran komplementer keduanya dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar yang holistik. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini termasuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran siswa melalui integrasi yang lebih mendalam antara microlearning dan pembelajaran pengalaman, yang mendorong baik pemahaman konseptual maupun pengembangan keterampilan praktis. Temuan ini mendukung pengembangan kurikulum berbasis bukti yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Para pendidik dapat menyesuaikan strategi pengajaran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan beragam pelajar, dengan memanfaatkan microlearning untuk penyampaian konten yang terstruktur dan pembelajaran pengalaman untuk aplikasi di dunia nyata.Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya metodologi pendidikan berkualitas tinggi dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk tantangan masa depan. Penelitian di masa depan dapat mengeksplorasi dampak spesifik dari berbagai format microlearning dan efek jangka panjang dari pendekatan pembelajaran yang terintegrasi terhadap keberhasilan siswa dan kesiapan karier
